Troy Gaston, Attorney
Personal History: Troy Gaston was born and lived in Melbourne, Arkansas
until 1994. He then lived in Little Rock, Arkansas where he worked as an
intern in the offices of Vice Chancellor Dr. Charles W. Donaldson, and in
the office of Senator Bill Walters. He then lived in St. Louis, Missouri
where he studied and practiced law. He is the husband of Jody Gaston and
the father of Jack and Olivia Gaston.
Bar Admission: 2001, Missouri Supreme Court; 2002, Eastern District of
Missouri Federal Court; May, 2003, Arkansas Supreme Court; June, 2003, Eastern and Western Arkansas Federal District Courts
Education: University of Arkansas at Little Rock, (B.A. 1998, magna cum
laude); Washington University School of Law, (J.D. 2001, named the Abraham
Margolin Scholar).
Legal Experience: Mr. Gaston worked for Husch & Eppenberger, in St. Louis
Missouri from 2000-2002 as a law clerk and associate attorney. There, he
gained experience with defending business clients in products liability and
employment discrimination suits. Mr. Gaston's other experiences include
working as an Associate Editor on Washington University Law Quarterly and
writing text and notes for Oneal's Close Corporations and Oppression of
Minority Shareholders.
Practice Areas: Employee discrimination, personal injury, wrongful death,
product liability, social security disability, supplemental security income
disability, general business litigation, probate and other practice areas.
